He was predeceased by: his mother JoAnn Hollacher. He is survived by: his father Theodore Hollacher; his wife Kathy Hollacher (Nyland); his children, Michael Hollacher II (Chelsie Hardin) and Katelin Hollacher; and his grandchildren, Anthony, Scarlett and Forrest Hollacher.
