She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert T. Reed and Clara J. Reed. She is survived by: her husband Mike; her children, Scott Shepherd of Monticello, IN and Shawn Jackson (Leroy) of Kalamazoo; her grandchildren, Tyler Jackson, Madison Shepherd, Samanatha Burrows (Dustin) and Leronte Jackson; her great grandchild Emary Burrows; her sister Jackie L. Shuey of Benton Harbor; her nephew Jason Hoge; and her niece Jenna Shuey.
