It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sandra Kay Dixon of Stevensville, Michigan, who passed away on February 12, 2026, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Alex Reitz and Marcella Reitz (Trapp); her brother Edward Reitz; and her great grandchildren, Rose and Sofia Schmaltz.
She is survived by: her husband Robert Dixon; her children, David Schmaltz (Lisa), Donna Winter (Jon), Steve Schmaltz (Pam), Scott Schmaltz (Krista Dixon), Doreen Schmaltz (Derek Murphy), Kevin Dixon (Becky Wrobleski) and Todd Dixon (Carin); her sister Darla Pagel (John); and her sister-in-law Norma Reitz. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
