He is survived by: his wife Joy Reams (Tio); his children, Joshua Hosford (Ashley), Lisa Hosford and James Hemminger (Brandy); his grandchildren, Ethan Hosford, Elijah Hosford, Jenna Milliken, Isabella Hosford, Dylan Hosford, Curtis Hemminger, Amber Hemminger, Johnny Hemminger, Megan Hemminger, Kayla Cartwright, Kyle Cartwright and Donald Michael Nordmyer (Kayla); his brother Melvin Reams; and his nieces, Debra Phillips (Jody), Kimberly Hardin (Chris) and Trina Bollingbacher (Bill). He is also survived by several great – grandchildren.
