With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Betty J. Stevens of Stockbridge, Michigan, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Betty left this world on October 2, 2025 at the age of 98, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Lewis Brower and Francis Brower (Shinver); her husband George R. Stevens; and her sons-in-law, Tim Penix and Chuck Crocket.
She is survived by: her children, Richard Stevens (Doren DeRose), Margaret Penix, Mike Stevens (Sandy Smith), Joe Stevens (Babbie Osborne), Patty Allen (Scottie) and Regina Crocket. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Caskey-Mitchell Funeral Home (117 N Clinton St, Stockbridge, MI 49285). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Mackinder-Glenn American Legion Post 510.
