She was predeceased by: her parents, Cecil Salyer and Alice Salyer (Patrick); her spouse Vaughn W. Dixon; her son Sidney Dixon; and her siblings, Lawrence Salyer, Mildred Salyer, Rose Minix, Dorothy Fouty, Mary Roucha and Nora Salyer.
She is survived by: her children, Randall Dixon (Brenda) of Bear Lake, MI, Kathy Dixon of Tennessee, William Dixon of Stockbridge and Douglas Dixon (Angela) of Mulliken, MI; and her siblings, Leveda Yost of North Carolina and Luther Salyer of Nevada. She is also survived by seven grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
