With heavy hearts, we announce the death of John D. Twining of Stockbridge, Michigan, who passed away on May 4, 2025 at the age of 62. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the quiet moments of reflection, amidst the gentle rustle of leaves and the whispered song of the stars, we shall carry John's memory with us, a guiding light illuminating the path ahead. May John's journey be filled with peace and serenity, as his find rest in the embrace of eternity.
He was predeceased by: his father Richard Twining. He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Twining (Kaufman) of Chelsea, MI; his wife Susanne M. (Stanfield); and his children, Andrew Twining of Nashville, TN, Audrey Twining of Miami, FL, Alexander Twining of Grand Rapids, MI. and Adam Twining of Grand Rapids, MI.. He is also survived by three brothers and one sister.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Crossroads Community Church (950 S Clinton St, Stockbridge, MI 49285).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to a scholarship fund in John's honor, with more information to follow.
