He is survived by: his children, Michael Bennett Jr. (Rhonda) and Michelle Defay; his stepsons, Douglas Shepherd and Patrick Shepherd; his grandchildren, Tami, Melissa, David, Patrick, Kelly, Tyler, Andrea, Alex, Tamara, Josh, Chase, Hunter and Kyle; and his brothers, Daniel Bennett, Billy Bennett and Chris Bennett (Terry). He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
