Wilma Jean Wireman Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Wilma Jean Wireman of Stockbridge, Michigan, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 29, 2025 at the age of 82. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Wilma Jean Wireman to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude Sturgill and Opal Sturgill; her husband James Henry Wireman; her siblings, Yvonne Sturgill, Wanda Reynolds (Robert), Claude Sturgill (Jackie), David Sturgill (Vicie) and Danny Sturgill; and her siblings-in-law, Bill Heeney, Barry Shepherd, Tom Sorenson and Susie Sturgill.
She is survived by: her siblings, Juanita Heeney of Stockbridge, Eunice Sorenson of Jackson, Jack Sturgill of Jackson and Mac Sturgill (Sue) of Jackson; her grandchildren, John Salyer II (Becky), Malory Wireman, Kayla Fletcher (Curtis), James Wireman (Shane) and Hope Salyer; and her great grandchildren, John Salyer III, Henry Salyer, Amelia Fletcher and Bennie Fletcher.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Caskey-Mitchell Funeral Home (117 N Clinton St, Stockbridge, MI 49285). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, June 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Stockbridge Area Educational Foundation, the Stockbridge Community News, or the Alzheimer's Association.
