We are sad to announce that, on December 1, 2025, at the age of 97, Betty C. Carr of Sturgis, Michigan passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Claude C. Carr and Esther D. Carr (Dickman); her brothers, Harold (Lottie Carr), Lyle (Eunice Carr), Keith (Mary Carr), Sherl, Cecil, Clifford (Marge Carr) and Grahamand Pat Carr; her half-siblings, LeRoy (Phyllis Ott) and Virginia Quick (Carr); and her nieces and nephews, Joann Newcomb, Judith Ardine, Marsha Forstner, LeRoy Ott, Sherl Carr, Jr., Thomas Carr, James Carr, Donald Valelenga and Wayne Carr.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Dorothy Carr of Gambrills, Maryland; and her nieces and nephews, Donald Carr of White Pigeon, Eric Carr (Linda) of Sturgis, Daniel Carr (Luellen) of White Pigeon, Leland Carr (Sherry) of Nottawa, Eric Ott of Elkhart, Sean Carr (Peggy) of Federalsburg, Randy Carr of Myrtle Beach, Carl Carr (Samantha) of Fulton, Mike Carr (Dyanna) of Sturgis, Kevin Carr of White Pigeon, Ron Vallenga (Sally) of White Pigeon, Amy Snook (Skip) of White Pigeon, Sherry Williams of Kalamazoo, Karen Pozzi (Mike) of Granger, Karla Ott of Elkhart, Theresa Gage (Marvin) of Centreville, Cynthia Bir (David) of Detroit, Jayne Kagabatang of Charlevoix, Sherry Miller (David) of Elkhart and Diane Fenner (Dave) of White Pigeon.
