He is survived by: his niece Deborah; his siblings, Jen Wilson of Elkhart, Indiana, David Balser (Margaret) of Elkhart, Indiana and Richard Proctor of Elkhart, Indiana; his aunt Susie Proctor; and his cousins, Rob Proctor, Tina Proctor, Corey Proctor, Makenzie Proctor and Tom Proctor.
