He was predeceased by : his parents, Roy F. Lough and Agnes Lough (Bupp); and his brother Joe Lough. He is survived by : his wife JoAnn Milhahn; his children, Susan K. Lough of Sturgis, MI and Thomas Charles Lough (Marci Mandigo) of Sturgis, MI; his grandchildren, Kylie Sue Sterner, Mary Kay Lough and Braden Thomas Lough; and his sister Frances Engle (Rex) of Shipshewana, IN..
