It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Doris Borgert of Sturgis, Michigan, who passed away on October 2, 2025, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ralph Knauss and Zella Knauss (Yunker); her husband F. Keith Borgert; her daughters, Sheila Macfarlane and Cathy Miller; her daughter-in-law Danyelle Borgert; and her brothers, Stanley, Paul and Max Knauss.

She is survived by: her children, Cindy Borgert of Sturgis, MI, Sue Roach (Thomas) of Sturgis, MI and Keith L. Borgert of Sturgis, MI; her grandchildren, Alex Borgert, Blake Roach (Lauren), Koal Roach (Hannah), Cassandra Roach, Morgan Macfarlane and Scotty Macfarlane; her granddaughter-in-law Elisa; her grandchildren, Maeve Macfarlane, Michael Estep (Ashley), Cameron Estep (Stephanie) and Ashton Estep; her great grandchildren, Finley, Lily and Elouise; her sons-in-law, Scott Macfarlane (Janet) of Portage, MI and Alexander "Sandy" Miller of Sturgis, MI; and her sisters-in-law, Patricia Knauss and Dianne Schnauble (Knauss).
