He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Jenkins and Bonnie Jenkins (Shope); his wife Mary Jenkins (Harper); his daughter Kimberly Harper; and his grandson Payton Jenkins.

He is survived by: his children, Frederick Jr., Tina Underwood and Bonny Hull (Lewis). He is also survived by sixteen grandchildren and four great-grandchildren; six siblings, many nieces, nephews and friends.
