Gary Penn Obituary

It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gary Penn of Sturgis, Michigan, who passed away on March 8, 2026, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, C. Hubert Penn and Pauline Penn (Swoveland); his siblings, Gaylord, Ronnie Penn, Joy Stukey and Hope Keeslar; his grandson Christopher Miller; and his son-in-law Tom Ware.

He is survived by: his wife Frances Penn; his son Terry Penn (Karen) of Sturgis, Michigan; his stepdaughters, Traci Ware of White Pigeon, Toni Ragland of Columbia and Tami Miller (Michael) of Greenville, Michigan.; his grandchildren, Tricia, Stephanie, Marc, Brooke, Trevor, Kevin, Corey, Maria, Andrew, Brian and Tara; and his sister-in-law Mary Ellen Carpenter. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
