He was predeceased by: his parents, Dale Holtz and Estella Holtz (Hahn); and his sister Nancy Holtz. He is survived by: his brothers, Robert Holtz (Donna) of Sturgis and Brent Holtz (Deb) of Mattawan; and his nieces and nephews, Karrie Brand (Bill) of North Carolina, Melissa Figueroa (Luis) of Nazareth, Michael Holtz (Iris) of White Pigeon, Stacy Cantrell (Keith) of Elkhart, Katie Broker (Andy) of Centreville and Keith Taylor (Bethany) of Centreville.
