He is survived by: his parents, Richard Starr of Polk City, Florida and Nora Starr (Marr) of Sturgis; his daughters, Alexis Starr of Bronson and Mia VanAtta of Bronson; his stepfather Lindsey Holtz of Sturgis; his siblings, Tammie Ruckle (Eric) of Otsego, Richard Starr of Lakeland and Terry Starr (Maria) of Lutz, Florida; and his close friend Kenny Rounds of Sherwood. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
