He is survived by: his wife Bonnie "Sue" Hendrick; his daughters, Sheilia L. Maloy (Marvin) and Michelle "Shelly" K. Fox; his grandsons, Alexander J. and Christopher A. Maloy; his brothers, Edward A. Hendrick and Donald Hendrick (Vivian); and his nephews, Raymond A. York (Annmarie) and Raymond T. Smith (Susan). He is also survived by family members and special friends.
