She was predeceased by: her parents, John Smith and Ellen Smith (Woodcox); her husband Stephen Mock; her son Matthew S. Mock; and her siblings, Bob Smith and Joann Smith.
She is survived by: her son Donald Church of McComb, Mississippi; her granddaughters, Tabitha Church of Three Rivers and Jennifer Henderson of Howe, Indiana; and her brothers, Roscoe Smith and Richard Smith (Birdenna). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
