She was predeceased by: her parents, Duane Knapp and Maxine Knapp (Brown); her husband Clarence R. Evilsizor; her sons, Gerald Evilsizor and John "Johnboy" Evilsizor; her daughter-in-law Becky Evilsizor; and her siblings, Mary Jeanette Motz, Delores Middleton and Ronnie Knapp.
She is survived by: her sons, Roger Evilsizor (Becky) of Sturgis and James Evilsizor (Theresa) of Tionesta, Pennsylvania; her siblings, Shirley Rice of Florida, James Knapp of Florida and Billy Knapp of Sturgis; and her daughter-in-law Jackie Evilsizor of Sturgis. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, several great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
