John Mayer Obituary

In loving memory of John Mayer of Sturgis, Michigan, who departed this world on June 6, 2025 at the age of 83. John leaves behind a legacy remembered by family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

In the vast expanse of eternity, John shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid John farewell, his loved ones carry with them the precious gift of his memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Adam Mayer and Anna Mayer; and his brother Adam. He is survived by: his brother Horst; his wife Caralee Price; his daughter Deborah (Tim Tobin); his friend Pete Mack; his nephew Tim; and his friends, Konrad and Kathy Holzworth. He is also survived by his family, friends.

A Mass will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the St. John's Episcopal Church (110 S Clay St, Sturgis, MI 49091).
