Franks of Sturgis, Michigan, born in Brimfield, Indiana, who passed away on July 9, 2023, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his children, Newell Franks, II (Kelly) of Sturgis, David Franks of Sturgis and LeeAnn Franks of Holland, Michigan; his grandchildren, Elizabeth Whitehead (James) of Sturgis, MI, Sarah Klooster (Kyle) of Caledonia, MI, Emily Halling (Jason) of Sturgis, MI, Ryan Franks (Mary) of Sturgis, MI, Nathan Franks of San Francisco, CA, Jessica Krynak (Edward) of Olympia, WA, Erin Muse of Sturgis, MI, Laura Smith (Max) of Sturgis, MI, Elise Molinaro (Justin) of Marietta, GA, Erica Lura (Curtis) of Pleasant Grove, UT and Brennan; and his great grandchildren, Aidan, Lauren, Lillian, Ella, Isaac, Ian, Finnigan, Liam Whitehead, Katelyn, Andrew, Rachel, Hannah, Jacob, Matthew Halling, Addison, Oliver, Owen Muse, Carter, Cameron, Madison Molinaro, Evelyn, Elias Lura, Claire, Samuel Klooster, Mahala Franks, Viola, Edison Krynak, Archibald and Leopold Smith. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
