Martha M. Wilson Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Martha M. Wilson of Sturgis, Michigan, who passed away on June 12, 2025, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Martha M. Wilson to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Pippenger and Ella Pippenger (Royer); her husbands, Carleton Stukey and Wayne Lamont Wilson; her daughter Connie Jo Bull; her grandsons, Jim Wilson and Derek C. "Bub" Stukey; her great grandchild Lauren VanDongen; her son-in-law John Barrows; and her close friend Joy June Stukey.
She is survived by: her children, Phyllis Lewis (Stanley) of Indianapolis, IN, Marilyn Barrows of Sturgis, MI, Kay Petruska (John) of Sturgis, MI, Dwayne Wilson (Judy) of Orland, IN, John Stukey (Terry) of Orland, IN and Michael Wayne Wilson of Garrett, IN.. She is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 30 great-grandchildren, and 5 great-great-grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, August 9th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Brighton Chapel (5415 IN-3, Howe, IN 46746).
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Martha's memory may be made to Riley Hospital for Children.
