He was predeceased by: his parents, William Frays and Frances June Frays (Ledyard); and his grandmother Velma Frays. He is survived by: his wife Lynette Otto; his sons, Andrew Frays (Laura) of Mendon, Michael Frays, Jr. (Angela) of Elkhart, Edward Frays of Colon and Scott Brandow (Trish) of Hernando, Florida; his grandchildren, Samantha Sleeth (Kevin), Jacob Brandow, Shawn Brandow (Jessie), Logan Frays, Riley Frays, Mason Frays, Chloe Frays, Paige Frays, Alex Wickam and Dakodah Frays; and his sisters, Sandra O'Brien of Sturgis and Betty Goings of Sturgis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
