He was predeceased by : his parents, Kenneth Culp and June Culp (Locey); his brother-in-law Elbert Regtuyt; his nephews, Jeff Culp and Jared Culp; his niece Cassie Schrock; and his great-nephew Mason Campars.

He is survived by : his wife Patricia Culp; and his siblings, Kenneth Culp, Jr. (Andrea) of Cape Coral, FL, Michael Culp (Vanessa), Constantine, Sue Regtuyt of Cape Coral, FL and Cindy Schrock. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
