She was predeceased by: her parents, William Weirich and Mabel Weirich (Chrystler); her husband Herbert E. Shipe; her sons, Herbert W. Shipe and Frederick Lee Shipe, Jr.; and her siblings, Dorothy Shutes, Betty Rifenburg and Robert L. "Knobby" Weirich.
She is survived by: her grandsons, Justin Shipe (Sonia) of Kent, James DeVries (Michelle) of Taylor, Joshua Shipe (Candra) of Vandercook Lake and Frederick Shipe, Jr. of Jackson. She is also survived by five great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
