She was predeceased by : her parents, John Shay and Catherine Shay (Frampton); and her brother Richard Shay. She is survived by : her husband William Bailey; her daughter Tina Marie Chu (Greg) of Phoenix, AZ; her grandchildren, Lillian, Lincoln, Davis and Chu; her siblings, Randy Shay (Kim) and Mary Shay; and her siblings-in-law, Steve Bailey (Karen), Jean Ann Hensell (Bill) and Judi Sadewasser. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
