He is survived by: his sister Cindy Kohlhorst of Ocala, FL; his caregiver Patti Dunlap of Sturgis, MI; his stepchildren, Leanna Hahn and Trent Conklin; and his stepgranddaughter Adrionna Hahn. He is also survived by 3 nephews.
