With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert A. Hartman of Sturgis, Michigan, born in Lagrange, Indiana, who passed away on December 21, 2021 at the age of 87. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Evert S. Hartman and Belva H. Hartman (Summey); his granddaughter Christa Garramone; his sister Juanita Matthes; and his siblings-in-law, Dixie Hartman, Clifford Green and Edwin Matthes.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Hartman (Judy) of Sturgis, Robin Garramone (Gary) of Gallatin, Steven Hartman (Penny) of Sturgis, David Hartman (Teri) of Fort Myers Beach, Patty Weeks (Eric) of Norwalk, Jolee Cebull (Scott) of Norwalk and Robert V. Hartman (Tina) of Waterford; his grandchildren, Brandon, Keri, Shane, Keith, Kasey, Rachel, Leah, Amy, Rebecca, Nehemiah, Reno, Angie, Candy, Adam, Nicholas, Randee, Abby, Libby and Joshua; and his siblings, Velma Green of Sturgis and William Hartman of Waterford. He is also survived by 35 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
