He was predeceased by: his parents, Lloyd Williams and Delpha Williams (Clark); his wife Sally; his stepfather John Woolford; and his brothers, Richard, Larry and Robert Williams.

He is survived by: his children, Jennie Rounds of Burr Oak, Kathy Collins of West Branch, JoDel Hendricks of Colon, Elizabeth Tschannen of Sturgis, Steve Williams of Sturgis and Randy Williams of Sturgis. He is also survived by several grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren and nieces and nephews.
