Sharon Ann Marks Obituary

Sharon Ann Marks Marchand age 55 of Sturgis, Michigan passed away Friday morning December 24, 2021 at her home.

She was born April 15, 1966 in Sturgis, Michigan daughter of the late Jerry and Dianna Carol (Bauman) Marks.

Sharon resided most of her life in Sturgis. On September 24, 2017 she married Scott Marchand in Sturgis.

She had been employed by Thurston Woods Village and Precision Speed both in Sturgis and was a homemaker.

Sharon is survived by her husband: Scott; two daughters: Heather Allen and Billie Jo Short; step-daughter: Kristy Marchand Manley; 12 grandchildren; one step-grandson; two sisters: Tammy (Alex) Bell and Wanda Lopez both of Sturgis; one brother: Rwen (Marilyn) Marks of Rome City, Indiana and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 5:00-7:00 P.M. Friday at the Hackman Chapel of Hackman Family Funeral Homes, 114 S. Nottawa St. in Sturgis. In accordance with her wishes cremation will follow the visitation.
