She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Feltner and Wanda Feltner (Couch); her husband Don Justen; and her daughter Kimberly Newland-Kosanke. She is survived by: her grandchildren, Jessica, Megan, Valerie, Rowan, Holden, Claire, Logan, Jaicey and Oakley; her great grandchildren, Olivia and Levi; her brother Bill Feltner (Ruth) of Burlington; her nephew Greg Feltner (Mandy); and her cousin Mary Davis (Sam) of Quincy.
