He is survived by: his mother Nancy Chlebus (Johnson) of Auburn, Indiana; his sisters, Amelia "Amy" Chlebus of Sturgis and Sharon McDonald of Garrett, Indiana; his aunts, Kay Safirstein of Oxford and Sarah Johnson of East Lansing; his nieces and nephews, Ashley Deam of Dunkirk and Drake McDonald (Leah Myers) of Garrett, Indiana; and his cousins, Dan Ervin of Oxford, Scott Ervin of Akron and Rob Johnson of Denver, Colorado..
Visitation will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Hackman Chapel of Hackman Family Funeral Homes (114 S Nottawa St, Sturgis, MI 49091). A graveside service will be held on Monday, September 21st 2026 at 1:00 PM at the Fort Custer National Cemetery (15501 W Dickman Rd, Augusta, MI 49012).
