He was predeceased by: his parents, William Elliott and Mary Lou Elliott (Turner); and his brother Mike. He is survived by: his wife Carla Elliott; his stepsons, Kevin and Thomas Moore; his siblings, Willis, Richard Welch, Jo and Linda Elliott; and his uncle Lewis Elliott.
