Linden Mater Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Linden Mater (Sunfield, Michigan), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 13, 2025 at the age of 75. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Gerald Mater and Dolores Mater (Woodruff); his son Chad; his uncle Gene; his aunt Shirley Mater; his in-laws, Francis, Wilma Lumbert, Lila and Wayne Lumbert; his brothers, Sonny (Ellen Lumbert), Gladah (Al Thelen), Jim Lumbert, Kip Lumbert (Cliff), Jean Lumbert Cindy (Nancy Jester) and Dennis Russell; and his sisters-in-law, Michelle Lumbert (Mercier), Merlene Lumbert and Wendy.
He is survived by: his nephew Bill; and his niece Melissa Hodges (Terry). He is also survived by his nephews play football and later the great nephews, and great great nephew.
