He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Decker and Theresa Miller; and his siblings, Linda Decker and Kerry Decker. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Decker; his sons, Scott Decker (Diane), Eric Decker (Shannon) and Matthew Decker (Heather); and his stepchildren, Gina Still (Michael), Dina Chhabra (Yashpal), Tommy J. Mull (Lagea) and Cassie Thiemens (Jake). He is also survived by grandchildren, brothers, sisters, nieces, and nephews.
