He was predeceased by: his parents, John Chargo and Theresa Chargo (Zsigo); and his brothers, John and Daniel Chargo. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Chargo; his daughters, Jackie Plys (Darrin) and Kelly Ponder-Elson (Brian); his grandchildren, Meghan Stringer (DJ), Nicholas Plys (Taylor), Tyler Plys (Alexa), Alexis Ponder and Madison Ponder; his great grandchildren, Sela and Lennon Plys; his brother Eugene Chargo (Vickie); and his sisters-in-law, Jean Chargo and Beckie Chargo. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
