He is survived by: his wife Marcia Ann Varco; his children, Brent Owen (Angela) and Angela Donathan (Edward); his grandchildren, Bryce Owen, Riley Owen and Eleanor Donathan; and his siblings, William C. Owen (Linda), Jacqueline Newport (James) and John Owen. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nephews, and friends.
