He is survived by: his parents, Eugene Cummings and Barbara Cummings (Bailey); his wife Angie; his children, Sara Edwards (Greg), Kalin Gaines and Hailey Montague; and his sisters, Gayle Cummings and Jill Stacey (Doug). He is also survived by cousins, nieces, nephews, and grandchildren.
