He is survived by: his wife Kristine Havlichek; his children, Jamie Cunningham of Flint, Julie Corlew (Charlie) of Cunningham, TN, Jennifer Gallardo (Rudy) of Rocky Mount, NC, Chad Smeby (Heather) of Gaines and Carrie Smeby of Swartz Creek; and his sister Cheryl Havlichek (Virginia Peterson). He is also survived by 12 grandchildren.
