He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Moak and Helen Moak (Stratton); and his brother-in-law Wayne Bates. He is survived by: his wife Sandy Moak; his sons, David Moak and Daniel Moak (Charmaine); his granddaughters, Heather and Kaelynn; his great grandchildren, Graham and Lyndon; and his sister Margaret Bates. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
