He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry S. Bissonette and Lilliam M. Bissonette (Wainwright); and his daughter Kandice Bissonette. He is survived by: his wife Janet M. Bissonette (Gutchak); his children, Douglas Bissonette (Oy), Dan Bissonette (Jacki), Mike Bissonette and Kim Bissonette; his siblings, Gloria Graham, Kathryn Bissonette and Robert Bissonette; and his grandchildren, Jaci Spitler, Amanda Gable, Shawna Lucarelli, Breanne Bissonette and Lauryn Bissonette. He is also survived by 10 great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A rosary will be held on Wednesday, October 8th 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Sharp Funeral Homes - Miller Road Chapel (8138 Miller Rd, Swartz Creek, MI 48473). A funeral Mass will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Mary Queen of Angels Catholic Church (4413 Morrish Rd, Swartz Creek, MI 48473).
