It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Stephen J. Slisko of Swartz Creek, Michigan, born in Olyphant, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 23, 2024, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his stepfather Garth Thorne; his sisters, Doris Howell, Elizabeth "Betty" Crowley, Janice Kato and Carol McMichael; and his brothers-in-law, Bill Diebold and Edward Diebold.
He is survived by: his wife Beverly; his children, Becky Slisko and Stephen J. Slisko II (Sheila); his grandchildren, Mary (Dylan) and Eli; his siblings, Joyce Edwards (Jim), George Thorne (Connie) and Kathie Lindberg; his sisters-in-law, MaryAnn Diebold and Susan Diebold; and his aunt Joanne Schantz (Bernie). He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
