He is survived by: his wife Gayla Hull; his children, Staci Bell, Zachary Arnold, Joshua Arnold and Amber Smyth (Andrew); his grandchildren, Avah, Audrey, Mariah and Cody; and his siblings, Marty Hull (Sara) and Brenda Horvath (Brad). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
