He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Shubert (Miller); his sister Jane Crossman (Charles); his siblings-in-law, Kathy Miller (Bill), Lisa Miller-Piche (Mike) and Bill Miller (Sandy); and his nieces and nephews, Alise McAleer (Chris), Sarah McLain (Joseph), Jonathan Miller-Piche (Danielle), Jordan Miller-Piche, Nuri Miller (Liron), Claire Donati (Chris), James Crossman, Charlene Stiles (Mike), Carrie Ralston and Elaine Stempewski (Ken).
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 3rd 2026 at 3:00 PM at the Swartz Funeral Home (1225 W Hill Rd, Flint, MI 48507).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial contributions to the YMCA SafeHouse or the Humane Society of Genesee County.
