He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his children, Shane Packard (Kammie) of Broken Arrow, OK, Troy Packard of Arcadia, MI and Brandi Packard (Robert Ward) of Claremore, OK; his grandchildren, Jade (Nathan Salpas), Petrah Packard, Shelby Packard, Madison Packard, Kylee Ward, Dylan Ward and Charles Ward; his great grandchild Arthur Aaron Salpas; his siblings, Robert Packard, Roy Packard (Rosemary) and Julie Packard; his mother-in-law Virginia Delano; and his siblings-in-law, Leanne LaBelle (Bill), Kent Delano and Wayne Delano. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
