He was predeceased by: his brother Daryl Maginity; and his parents, Martin Maginity and Doris Maginity. He is survived by: his wife Patricia; his children, Andrew Maginity, Kevin Maginity (Abby) and Kari Schied (Matthew); his siblings, Tammy Bemiss (Gregg) and Neal Maginity (Brenda); and his grandchildren, Lucas and Alaina.
