He is survived by: his wife Beverly (Gaffney); his children, Debbie Johnson-Weeks, Edward Boike (Glenda), Terry Boike (Mandy), Cheryl Milbank (Ronald), Cynthia Wilson (Dennis), Anthony Boike, Christa Work and Michael Boike (Skye); and his stepsons, Reed Burke, David Burke and Jim Burke. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
