He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Dorothy; his siblings, John Owens, Chuck Stubbe (Paula), Jackie Owens, Billy Owens, Jeff Owens and Gerald Stubbe; his wife Janine Linne; his children, David Briseno (Stephanie), Michelle Stacks, Danielle Briseno and Danny Gaddis (Christy); his grandchildren, Kenny Heebsh, Brittany Gaddis, Kara Roupe, Chelsea Gaddis, Christopher Stacks, Kyle Fransisco and Gabrielle Fransisco; and his great grandchild Karcyn Heebsh.
