She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Smentek and Sophie Smentek (Nawrocki); her husband Gerald Czarnik; her daughter Annette Adams; her son-in-law Darin Adams; and her siblings, Stanley Smentek, Harry Knaski and Antoinette Carson.
She is survived by: her children, Christine Kuzimski (Mike), Tom Czarnik and Geraldine Czarnik-Ames (Steve). She is also survived by 8 grandchildren, and 4 great-grandchildren.
